Rescheduling or Canceling
We understand sometimes things don’t go as planned, just let us know if you need to reschedule or cancel the photo tour immediately.
- If you cancel within the 72 hours of the photo tour we will issue a 90% refund
- If you cancel after the 72 hour time frame, no refund will be issued (unless it’s an emergency)
Be Ahead of Time
On time is late! We suggest you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before to meet the photographer. If you are late the photo tour time will still run as scheduled unless the photographer is available after the assign time. If for any reason you don’t notify the photographer and arrive 30 minutes after the photo tour time, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full fee. If you notified your photographer, please have in mind they may have another photo tour after and might not be able to stay longer.
- If you arrive late for your session, any time that has passed will be forfeited and you may shoot for the remaining time.
- If you wish your photographer to wait for you beyond your scheduled time was set to end, the extra waiting time will be charged at $75 USD per 30 minutes on top of the fee for the extension of the shoot add-on time is charged at a rate of $150 USD per hour.
- If you wish to extend beyond your scheduled time and the photographer is free, add-on time is charged at a rate of $150 USD per hour.
Fees
Travelers are responsible for any additional fee entrances or transportation fees (museum entree, park entree, ferry ticket, uber, train, bus, food, etc) required for you and the photographer.
Photography Copyright
You will share a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license of the images. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. Your Photographer retains copyright on all images shot.
Honor Code
We ask all of our clients to be respectful and honour the hard work we do and offering our outstanding service. If for any reason we find the cients and/or the photographer are doing business outside of the platform -buying prints, additional photos or time without our consent prior the booking- both the travel and the photographer will be banned from the platform.
Copyright Protection
All content and photographs displayed on the Site and all underlying software or technology used in connection with the Site, and all aspects thereof, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights therein, are owned by Live Moments or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Site, the content and photographic images displayed on the Site and any underlying technology or software used in connection with the Site contain Live Moments’s proprietary information. Live Moments shall have the right to monitor the content that you provide to the Site, but shall not be obligated to do so. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright as individual works, collective work and/or compilations, pursuant to copyright laws. You agree to abide by all copyright notices and other restrictions contained in the Site. Access to, and use of, the Site is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Accessing, using, displaying, performing, distributing, copying or downloading content from the Site for other than personal and non-commercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written consent of Live Moments. By downloading or reproducing any information from this Site, you accept and agree to the conditions described in this Statement in their entirety without modification unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Live Moments and you.
